The good stuff is this home has a heat pump and some hardwood floors. Plus the roof and the HVAC were replaced in the last 2 years. The bad news is this home had a fire in the kitchen and there is smoke damage throughout.

I am not 100% sure about the SF being correct. It doesn’t look that big in the pictures and the tax records say it is much smaller. Maybe there is a basement but again not sure because under basement in the MLS it says NO and Ceilings Smooth. Not sure how a home can NOT have a basement but the basement have smooth ceilings.
Anyway, the home has brick front and vinyl sides and rear. 2 car attached garage and fenced yard. Master on main. Walk in closet. Fireplace. Bonus room, office/study and laundry room. Community pool and clubhouse. And a super cheap looking stove in the kitchen that looks out of place in a home over $200K.
Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was a brick 2000 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 4.5 acres in Central. It sold for $165,000 after being on the market for 164 days. Originally hit the market at $174,900.

Ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Heat pump. Fireplace. 2 car attached garage. New architectural shingle roof in 2008, new heat pump in 2009. Good $ per SF on 4.5 acres moved this one to the number one spot.
