I could go on and on about the many features of this home. Truly spectacular home.
Sold Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1642 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 0.58 acres in Belton. It sold for $125,000 after being on the market for 93 days. Originally listed at $125,000. The seller paid $4500 of the buyer’s closing costs.
What really makes this a great deal is the additional unfinished square footage. The home has a total of 2682 SF if you include the unfinished basement and 2nd story. There is already a permanent hardwood staircase to the upstairs.
