It took a LONG LONG time to sell this home and it sold for less money than many people pay for the car they drive. So common sense should tell you this home has issues that make it unsuitable for most buyers. Remember there is a reason why a home sells for what appears to be a rock bottom bargain price.

This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal in my opinion of this week’s new listings in Anderson County is a 1900 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on less than 0.99 acres in Anderson. It hit the market at $38,000.
What makes this a great deal is that the home is already rented Section 8 at $695 per month. I REALLY don’t think this would be a good home for anyone looking for a home to live in because of the difficulty in getting a mortgage.
But if you are a CASH BUYER looking for a rental, this one appears to be priced right.
