This home hit the market at $27,900 so even though the home needed plenty of work, it appears there were multiple offers. Sometimes the banks under price a home so it will generate more interest from buyers. Not sure this home was under priced though. It is in really rough condition.

Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a brick 4687 SF 3 bedroom 3 bath home on less than 0.99 acres in the city limits of Anderson. It sold for $169,900 after being on the market for 45 days. Originally listed at $169,900. Hanna schools, detached 2 car garage, full basement. While some idiots would turn their noses up because the home needs updating, others would see a big house in a great location at a killer price.
