Foreclosure. 1 car attached carport. Fireplace. Now for the bad stuff:
The ceiling in one of the rooms has fallen in so there may be some problems with the roof. Looks like there are hardwood floors but they will need to be refinished or covered with carpet. Some of the stains on the hardwoods may be pet urine based on the pics.
The kitchen cabinets look disgusting. One picture shows where the washer dryer used to be and it appears there may be some water damage.
The sink in the bathroom is literally hanging halfway off the wall and the floor around the toilet looks iffy. The bathtub/show is even more disgusting than the kitchen.
Hard to believe that people live like this. Looks like this will be a complete gut and rehab project.

Waterfront Hartwell Lake home with dock in place. 3 car detached garage. All brick and custom designed. There is a hand painted dome in the foyer. Cathedral ceilings in several rooms.
Based on the quality of construction, location, SF, and features, this is actually a great price.

36X48 metal shop building with full electric, HVAC and plumbing. Nice home but the interior is a little dated. Still at this price who can complain?
This one had been on the market for quite some time and the seller got serious about getting it sold. They dropped the price to $199,900 and had it under contract in just a few days. Multiple offers also. Or so I was told.
Nothing like a good price to get buyers to start making offers.

This Week’s Hot New Listing
The best deal in my opinion of this week’s new listings in Anderson County is a brick 1900 SF 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 0.58 acres in Anderson. It hit the market at $139,900.
Completely remodeled and in 2014. Fresh paint and new carpet also. However, some of the fresh paint is not a neutral color and may turn some buyers off. Still it isn’t that hard to paint…
Sadly it does not have a garage. It did but it was closed in to make a BIG den or bonus room.
Not a smoking hot deal just the best of the new listings this week.
34 homes were reported as going Under Contract (Pending) this week.
Currently there are 236 homes in the MLS with an Under Contract (Pending) status.
