In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1570 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 10.6 acres in Iva. It sold for $142,000 after being on the market for 49 days. Originally listed for $159,000. Older home but plenty of updates PLUS over 10 acres with a creek makes this a good deal.
