Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was the most expensive home reported sold. Over 3000 SF home in fantastic shape on over 5 acres for $301,000 is a good price. Then add the value from the in ground pool, hot tub, heated & cooled 3 car garage and 4 car carport.
Some might argue that because this home sold so quickly it was under priced. Instead, you must understand that when a home is priced correctly it will sell quickly. Overpricing a home is just shooting yourself in the foot.
