Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 960 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on 3.76 acres in Belton.
It sold for $21,199 CASH after being on the market for 67 days. Originally hit the market at $27,600.
Located in the 29627 Zip Code and the Nevitt Forest Elementary, Belton Middle, Palmetto High school district per MLS listing.
I do not think the schools are correct but this is what is in the MLS. Buyers should always check with the school district to confirm the schools if that is important to them.
Even if you do not have children, the school districts have a major effect on property values and appreciation.
If you say it does not matter, you are NOT planning for the future.
Some day you may have children or need/want to sell. And then the schools WILL matter.
Failure to plan is planning to fail…
Anyway, it isn’t just the schools on this listing that need to be checked out. The listing says the home has hardwood floors…
The pictures show the subfloor since the carpet has been removed. While I am sure the subfloor is “hard”, I doubt it qualifies as hardwood.
The pictures also show the home needs work. No pictures of the kitchen or the bathrooms.
Foreclosure being sold via an online auction.
