It sold for $10,000 CASH after being on the market for 26 days. Originally listed at $29,500. Over 50 years old with asbestos shingle exterior. Either a massive POS or a good deal for someone looking for a rental property. Hard to say since very limited details in the MLS and only one really crappy picture.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 2125 SF 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home on 0.89 acres in Anderson. It sold for $500,000 after being on the market for 206 days. Originally listed at $549,900. Waterfront Hartwell Lake home with double slip covered dock in place.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 4165 SF 5 bedroom 4 bath home on less than an acre in Williamston. It sold for $252,645 with the seller paying $5000 of the buyers closing costs. Brand new never lived in home with a brick/shake exterior.
