It sold for $130,000 after being on the market for 68 days. Originally hit the market at $139,900.

Great location very close to I-85 and shopping. Completely remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. All bathrooms remodeled and updated. 2 master suites.
Big home for the price and convenient location. The only negative I see is there is no garage or carport.
