In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2400 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath home on less than 0.49 acres in Anderson. It sold for $122,500 after being on the market for 355 days. Originally listed at $132,500.
I really have no idea why it took so long to sell. Nice looking home and appears to be move in ready. Maybe there is a seriously messed up property next door? Or maybe the home looks nice but smells bad?
