Originally listed for $19,000 which means there were multiple offers. Foreclosure. The listing said it had no heat or air so the heat pump must have grown legs. Brick under pinned but unknown if it was up to FHA standards. Not a bad price despite needing work.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 3993 SF 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home in Easley (Powdersville). It sold for $317,500 after being on the market for 42 days. Originally listed for $339,900. Big nice home that is only 3 years old.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2208 SF 2 bedroom 2 bath home on 5 acres in Anderson that sold for $146,000. The seller paid $4,000 of the buyers closing costs and the home was on the market for 22 days before going under contract. BIG detached metal garage/shop.
