The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2000SF mobile home on 4.75 acres in Anderson. It sold for $14,000 CASH after being on the market for 75 days. Foreclosure. Needed a bunch of work and I am sure it brought the delusional out in droves. Just because a home is cheap does NOT mean it is a good deal. On the other hand, 4.75 acres with a septic tank is not too bad a price.
