In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was a brick 2692 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 0.56 acres in the city limits of Anderson. It sold for $173,900 after being on the market for 7 days. Originally listed at $174,900. The seller paid $3000 of the buyer’s closing costs.
Hanna, McCants, Calhoun school district. Great location and lush mature landscaping. Updated with custom cabinets in the kitchen. Gas logs in the fireplace in living room. Large storage building. 2 car attached carport.
