The average price of the homes reported sold this week in Anderson County was $160,194. The median price was $114,250. The average days on market was 135. Remember this is for only 20 homes and 1 week!
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 1128SF 3 bedroom 2bath mobile home on 1.87 acres in Belton. It sold for $7,500 CASH after being on the market for 147 days. Foreclosure and great price for the land. I should not have to say that the mobile home needed work. When it hit the market with a list price of $6,900 it brought the delusional out in droves.
The most expensive home sold this week was a 7300SF 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home on less than 0.99 acres in Anderson. It sold for $636,775 after being on the market for 162 days. Big nice home in the Hanna, Midway, McCants school district.
