Brand new/never lived in waterfront Hartwell Lake home but no dock. The MLS did say it was Green Zone though. Really nice home with high end interior but the yard was really overgrown. Short sale.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2173 SF 4 bedroom 2 bath home on 1.23 acres in Anderson. It sold for $143,500 after being on the market for 10 days. Originally listed for $138,000 so it appears there were multiple offers. Foreclosure. Stainless appliances, trey ceilings, hardwood floors.
Interesting little note is that the listing states that the seller will prosecute trespassers. I don’t know why some people think that if a home has a For Sale sign in the yard it means they can trespass. Just because a home is for sale does NOT mean you can walk around the house and look in the windows.
