Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2600 SF 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 0.64 acres in Anderson. It sold for $210,000 after being on the market for 17 days. Originally listed at $216,500. Foreclosure. Hanna school district. Great price for a big nice home in Devon Run subdivision.
