The most expensive home reported sold this week was a brand new 4469 SF 5 bedroom 4.5 bath house on about 0.5 acres in Easley (I checked and it is in Anderson County).
It sold for $475,047 after being on the market for 43 days. Originally hit the market at $425,727.

Since the home sold for more than the original list price and was under construction, it looks like the buyer added some upgrades.

Sold Deal of the Week in Anderson County
The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 1100 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 3.2 acres in Williamston.
It sold for $92,000 after being on the market for 10 days. Originally hit the market at $91,500.

Great location convenient to Anderson, Easley or Greenville.
Barn, large metal building with carport plus two more 2 car detached carports.
The home has heat pump, some hardwoods, fireplace. It looks to be in good shape. Nice front and rear porches. Metal roof. Appears to be in good shape and well maintained.
The home may be small but combine the location, lot size, barns, outbuildings etc and you can see why this is my pick for the best deal this week.
