Sold Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was a brick 1885 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on less than 0.99 acres in Anderson. It sold for $105,000 after being on the market for 250 days. Originally listed at $119,900.
Appeared in decent shape but the home was being sold AS-IS. Not a foreclosure and it does not say it is being sold to settle an estate. Quite possible there were issues that most buyers were not willing or able to overlook.
Westside, Lakeside, Centerville school district. 2 car attached carport. Heat pump.
