The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 1059SF 2 bedroom 1 bath home on 0.31 acres in Anderson. It sold for $49,000 after being on the market for 90 days. Very desirable North Anderson location. Foreclosure. Detached 1 car garage. If I was looking to buy a home today, this would have been at the top of my list because of the location and price. Great deal even if only 2 bedrooms. Plus that detached garage would make a great place to hide from the wife…
The most expensive home sold this week was a 4000SF 4 bedroom 2 bath home on 2 acres in Pendleton. It sold for $225,000 after being on the market for 731 days if you count both of the times it was listed. But it was on the market for 245 days with the listing that counts…the one where it actually sold. The first time it was listed was for almost twice the sold price.
