Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 850 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath home on less than 0.49 acres in Anderson. It sold for $20,000 CASH. Appears to have been sold before entering into the MLS. Not a foreclosure. Located in an area that many buyers turn their noses up at. Still this wasn’t a bad price because the home has central heat / air and appears to be in decent shape.

Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1200 SF 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Pendleton. It sold for $25,000 CASH after being on the market for 34 days. Originally listed at $24,811 so it appears there were multiple offers. Foreclosure. Appeared to need very little to make it rent ready and considering it is close to both Clemson & Tri-County, this would make a great rental.

The best deal in my opinion of this week’s new listings in Anderson County is a brick 3 bedroom 2 bath home in North Anderson that hit the market at $85,000. About 1400 SF on 0.4 acres. Charming home in a great location.
