Not a foreclosure but it was a court ordered sale. Maybe bankruptcy? Either way, the listing said it is rented Section 8 for $425 so do the math and you will see this wasn’t a bad price for a rental.
The most expensive home sold this week in Anderson County was a 2300 SF 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 9.5 acres in Williamston. It sold for $370,000 after being on the market for 174 days. Short sale. Wren schools, in ground pool, barn & fenced pasture. Not a bad price when you consider the acreage with a large barn, the school district and a very nice looking.
