Sold Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week was a 2500 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 0.5 acres in the city limits of Anderson. It sold for $130,000 after being on the market for 39 days. Originally listed at $135,000.
Located in the 29621 Zip Code and the TL Hanna High, McCants Middle and Concord Elementary school district per MLS info.
It is hard to find Mid Century Modern homes in our area so that is one reason I selected this home as the Sold Deal of the Week. Plus it is a big home for the price in great shape. Also a really great location. Sunken living room with fireplace. Covered porch and patio. Open office/study. Large den with fireplace. Workshop. Storage building.

This Week’s Hot New Listing

However I think the schools are incorrect. Which is a good time to mention that buyers should ALWAYS confirm everything that is important to them and NEVER rely upon the information in the listing to be correct.
That being said, this home is cute as a button and in a very convenient location. Central forced air and natural gas heat. Formal living room with fireplace. Formal dining room. 1 car carport and 1 car garage/storage area. Ceramic tile and carpet flooring but there are hardwoods under the carpet.
27 homes were reported as going Under Contract (Pending) this week.
Currently there are 265 homes in the MLS with an Under Contract (Pending) status.
