Least Expensive Home Reported Sold
The least expensive home reported sold this week was a 728 SF 2 bedroom 1 bath single wide mobile home on 0.79 acres in Iva.
It sold for $7000 CASH after being on the market for 11 days. Originally hit the market at $9000.
Located in the 29655 Zip Code and the Iva Elementary, Starr-Iva Middle, Crescent High school district per MLS listing.
Built in 1980. Central heat and no AC per listing agent but the exterior shows a window AC. No pictures of interior and limited details. Storage building. Public water, septic tank.
The land, water tap and septic tank are probably worth the purchase price. But if you need to have to singlewide removed, that will cost you several thousand dollars.
Always remember there is a good reason why cheap real estate is cheap…

Waterfront Hartwell Lake home with covered dock in place. Paved cart path to the dock.

I could go on and on about this home. High end finishes, unique features and in excellent shape. Decent water also.
