Originally listed for $44,900. Foreclosure. Only 1 picture and the MLS stated this included a singlewide on the property. Since there is no picture of the singlewide, we can probably assume it was a total POS. Not that the house looked good.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 2850 SF 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 0.58 acres in Easley (Wren school district). It sold for $256,000 after being on the market for 187 days. Originally listed for $275,000.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 1464 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 0.62 acres in Williamston. It sold for $95,000 with the seller paying $4000 of the buyer’s closing costs. Originally listed for $95,300 and was only on the market for 7 days.
Foreclosures and Short Sales

The best deal in my opinion of this week’s new listings in Anderson County is a 2022 SF 4 bedroom 3 bath home on less than an acre in Anderson that hit the market at $119,900. Foreclosure. Brick and masonite siding. Fireplace and does not look bad at all. Nice neighborhood also.
Interesting little note in the agent only comment section of the MLS that the seller will not consider offers below 85% of list price.
