Hardwood floors just refinished. 19 foot ceiling and fireplace in the living room. Kitchen has 5-Star gas range, Silestone counter tops, center island with sink, built in pantry. 22X25 workshop.
While this is a nice home, I have a home listed for less than this home sold for in the same school district that is bigger and has a much larger lot. Kind of makes you ask WTH?

Waterfront Hartwell Lake home with dock in place. Home may need some updating but for home on Hartwell with a dock and decent water, this is a smoking hot deal. Since it was on the market for only 7 days before going under contract, you know it was a good price.
