In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a brick 1900 SF 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 0.4 acres in the city limits of Anderson. It sold for $110,000 after being on the market for 37 days. Originally listed at $125,000. Great location, updated kitchen, sun room, fireplace, and a walk in shower that was a must see. Very nice home for the price.
