For the delusional out there, this is a massive piece of crap. This home appeared to need a complete rehab. The roof appeared to be shot, the carpet was nasty, one window was boarded up, most of the appliances were gone, kitchen cabinets nasty/bad shape, bathrooms nasty and floors may need replacing, no heat or air.
Most Expensive Home Reported Sold
The most expensive home reported sold this week in Anderson County was a 2851 SF 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home on 1 acre in Anderson. It sold for $350,000 after being on the market for 85 days. Originally listed at $475,000. Waterfront Broadway Lake home with a boat house. Unfinished basement.
Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was a 2986 SF 3 bedroom 3 bath home on 0.56 acres in Honea Path. It sold for $154,900 after being on the market for 53 days. Originally listed at $164,900. The seller paid $2000 of the buyer’s closing costs.
Great price per SF. Detached 3 car garage. Unlike most homes that have a great price per SF, this home looked to be in tip top shape! Hardwood floors, fireplace, walk in closet, formal dining room.
