Deal of the Week
In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this week in Anderson County was the least expensive home. While I am sure it needed work (no appliances in the pictures), at this price it is almost a no brainer. There are plenty of people that paid more for their car than the sold price for this house. Well that is IF you have $25,000 CASH.
I am sure some would turn their noses up because it is a mobile home. There are disadvantages to mobile homes, such as how they do NOT appreciate in value like other homes. And the difficulty in getting financing if the mobile home does NOT have a FHA compliant foundation.
Still, for some buyers, mobile homes can be a good option. The key is to NOT waste your time looking at them unless you are paying CASH or you have talked to your lender and completely understand the requirements for obtaining financing.

In ground pool, pond, 2 creeks, 3 car garage with shop, detached garage, 12X20 barn, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. 25X25 game room. Plenty of bang for the buck with this home.
