I bet you know your yard like the back of your hand. However, if you again put yourself in the shoes of the buyers, you soon realize that you need to check the outdoor lighting for your front door. A poorly lit front walkway will not make a good first impression.

But all of these obstacle courses were built with the same thing: TOYS! So if you have an obstacle course built with various toys in your yard, they need to put away before any showings.
